The application of surface plasmon resonance technology in drug research

As a new label-free,real-time sensor technology with high sensitivity to research biomolecular interactions,surface plasmon resonance(SPR) has been widely used in the field of life science. In this review,the basic principle of SPR biosensor was introduced briefly,and its application in drug research including drug screening and the mechanism of drug action was also reviewed in detail.
