The device consists of a conveyor, a lifter, a sludge incinerator, an activated carbon injection system, a fly ash re-injection system, a dust catcher and a chimney, wherein the lifter is arranged on the discharge end of the conveyor, a sludge hopper is arranged on the lifter, the discharge end of the lifter is connected with a feed port of the sludge incinerator, the activated carbon injection system injects activated carbon into the sludge incinerator, one end of the dust catcher is connected with the sludge incinerator through a pipeline, the other end of the dust catcher is connected with the chimney through a pipeline, and the fly ash re-injection system is respectively connected with the dust catcher and the sludge incinerator. The thermal insulation sludge drying incineration device has the advantages of energy saving, environmental friendliness, low manufacture cost, stability in operation, reasonability in technological design, realization of harmless treatment and low investment and operation cost.
