Near-sea separation and tie-back device for typhoon-resisting drilling risers

2013
The invention relates to a near-sea separation and tie-back device for typhoon-resisting drilling risers. The near-sea separation and tie-back device for the typhoon-resisting drilling risers is characterized by comprising an upper separator and a lower separator, and the upper separator and the lower separator are matched through a positioning conical surface. The outer side of the lower separator is provided with a guide rope holeevery 180 degrees along the circumferential direction. The outer side of the upper separator is provided with a circle of protruded blocks along the circumferential direction. The upper separator is provided with a radial through hole every 60 degrees along the circumferential direction, the through holes are matched with clamping blocks, and the clamping blocks are driven by a hydraulic driving device. The hydraulic driving device is divided into two parts which are connected by bolts, circumferential grooves are formed in the inner side of the hydraulic driving device, the circumferential grooves are matched with the protruded blocks on the outer side of the upper separator, and therefore the hydraulic driving device can be connected with the upper separator. The outer side of the hydraulic driving device is provided with a guide rope hole every 180 degrees along the circumferential direction, the lower portion of the hydraulic driving device is provided with a hydraulic cylinder every 60 degrees along the circumferential direction, and each hydraulic cylinder is provided with two hydraulic control pipelines. The near-sea separation and tie-back device for the typhoon-resisting drilling risers is simple in structure, convenient to operate, strong in bearing capacity, high in operation efficiency and capable of being widely used in connection of the various at-sea typhoon-resisting drilling risers.
