Contraceptive use and unintended pregnancy in Isfahan, Iran in 2012

The most important cause of using emergency contraceptive methods is preventing pregnancy. In our study there was no significantly difference between two methods in occurrence of pregnancy. On the other hand, nausea and vomiting were significantly lower in levonorgestrel and it is using is easier.
