Method for nondestructively stripping flexible substrate

The invention discloses a method for nondestructively stripping a flexible substrate. The method comprises the steps of successively arranging a stripping layer and the flexible substrate on the surface of a glass substrate; and infiltrating the glass substrate, the stripping layer and the flexible substrate into a liquid solvent; wherein the stripping layer is totally dissolved in the liquid solvent and the flexible substrate cannot be dissolved in the liquid solvent, thereby realizing stripping between the glass substrate and the flexible substrate. According to the method of the invention, through selecting a material of which the dissolving property is different from that of the material of the flexible substrate, such as polyvinyl alcohol as the material of the stripping layer of the flexible substrate, a strong hydrogen bond is formed between the polyvinyl alcohol and water, and total dissolving into water can be realized; and the flexible substrate is made of a non-hydrophilic material and cannot dissolved into water. Therefore, by means of physical property difference between high-molecular polymers, separation between the flexible substrate and the glass substrate is realized through performing water washing or infiltration on the whole substrate after device packaging is finished.
