Дослідження закономірностей олігомеризації ненасичених вуглеводнів фракції с9 з малеїновим ангідридом

The work is devoted to the preparation of oligomers (petroleum polymer resins) from unsaturated hydrocarbons of the C9 fraction of liquid by-products of pyrolysis of diesel fuel of ethylene production modified with maleic anhydride. Compared with the modification of finished petroleum resins, this method is more technological. The main regularities of di-tert-butyl peroxide - initiated oligomerization of unsaturated hydrocarbons of C9 fraction of liquid products of pyrolysis of diesel fuel with maleic anhydride are established. The nature of the influence of the main factors (temperature, reaction duration, concentration of initiator and modifying additive) on the yield and physicochemical characteristics of the obtained oligomers is clarified. The optimal technological parameters of the process of oligomerization of unsaturated hydrocarbons of fraction C9 with maleic anhydride were selected: reaction temperature - 453 K, reaction duration - 6 hours, concentration of maleic anhydride – 15 % wt., concentration of di-tert-butyl peroxide 1 % wt. Under optimal conditions, the obtained petroleum polymer resins with a yield of 55 %, which is characterized by the following indicators: softening temperature 365 K, bromine number 35 g Br2 / 100 g, color 30 mg I2 / 100 cm3, molecular weight 820, saponification number 132 mg KOH / g. Under optimal reaction conditions, the conversion of maleic anhydride is 89%, and unsaturated hydrocarbons fraction C9 (%): styrene - 85, vinyltoluene - 79, allylbenzene - 75, methylstyrene - 65, dicyclopentadiene - 89, dimers of cyclopentadiene and methyllopentadiene - 67, inden – 45, methylinden - 35. The obtained petroleum polymer resin is a promising component of compositions of anti-corrosion protective coatings based on epoxy resins. Experimental data and theoretical assumptions presented in this paper are not only of scientific interest, but can also be used in the development of experimental-industrial plant designed to produce oligomers. The obtained results will be used for calculation of material balance and development of norms of a technological mode.
