The invention discloses an internal circulation self-heating type high-temperature microaerobic sludge digestion device. The internal circulation self-heating type high-temperature microaerobic sludge digestion device comprises an outer cylinder body and an inner cylinder body, which are coaxial, wherein a heat-insulation material covers the outer part of the outer cylinder; the inner cylinder is fixed and suspended in the outer cylinder through a bracket and is internally provided with an axial-flow mechanical agitating device; a horizontal plane of the bottom end of the inner cylinder is provided with micro-pore aerators; an air flow branch pipe connected with an aeration pipe is used to carry out de-foaming treatment on foams. According to the internal circulation self-heating type high-temperature microaerobic sludge digestion device disclosed by the invention, all aeration amounts are concentrated in the inner cylinder under a low aeration amount level of self-heating type high-temperature aerobic digestion, so that sludge in the inner cylinder can be more sufficiently oxidized, all sludge in a reaction system is prevented from being at an oxygen-poor or anaerobic state, and sludge degradation and heat release are accelerated. The sludge of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder can circulate and reciprocate between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder under the effect of the mechanical agitating device, so that the temperature of the whole reaction system rises rapidly, and the digestion efficiency of the whole reaction device is improved. The hopper-shaped bottom of the outer cylinder is good for collecting and removing of sand so as to prevent holes of the aeration devices from being blocked.
