This article is the result of the investigation Experiences of Educational Innovation that reinvent the daily in pedagogical practice: case study of six winners of the Medellin Educated contest, developed by Seed Research in Pedagogy attached to the Group History of Pedagogical Practice in Colombia. This article seeks to highlight the personal commitment of the teachers who participated in this research as an opportunity to reinvent their daily pedagogical practice and especially their teaching subjectivity.
