CE-MS-MS of peptides using a novel orthogonal CE ESI sprayer and ion trap MS

Capillary electrophoresis (CE) coupled with mass spectrometry (MS) has proven a powerful alternative to conventional chromatographic separation techiques. Here the analysis of various compounds with a novel CE ESI sprayer and an ion trap mass analyzer is described.
