The present invention relates to an electrical passivation solution for passivating zinc layer, said passivation solution comprises per liter: potassium permanganate 1 ~ 3g; mass concentration of 65-68% concentrated nitric acid 4 ~ 10ml; sulfate aluminum 5 ~ 30g; sodium nitrate 8 ~ 10g; nickel sulfate 8 ~ 15g; the balance being water. Use of the passivation solution comprising: step 1 at room temperature with a solution of the present invention soaking passivating galvanized workpiece; Step 2, the galvanized workpiece immersed stay in air for 5 to 35 seconds, and then dry or dry; step 3, the dry or dry galvanizing a workpiece was aged at 60 ~ 90 ℃ 10 ~ 25 minutes. Passivation solution and processing method of the present invention does not use highly toxic and carcinogenic chromates, will not pollute the environment. Further passivating solution of the present invention can be formed according to the processing method of the galvanized surface of the dense layer of the workpiece, good corrosion resistance, beautiful color; will not change the size of the workpiece, and the method is simple.
