Upstream and downstream fish dam-passing and communicating device

The invention discloses an upstream and downstream fish dam-passing and communicating device which comprises a dam (1), wherein a fish collection system (2) in front of the dam is arranged at the upstream part of the dam (1); a fish collection system (3) behind the dam is arranged at the downstream part of the dam (1); and a generator (5) is arranged in a power generation plant (4) and is connected with a group of reversible pump turbines (6). The upstream and downstream fish dam-passing and communicating device can meet the requirements that upstream and downstream fishes communicate; the influence on arrangement of hydropower engineering is small; and the operation is simple. The upstream and downstream fish dam-passing and communicating device has positive effects on reduction of the influence of water conservancy and hydropower engineering on fish migration and promotion of river ecological protection.
