This research aims to determine the parameters of physiotherapy intervention approach and assertive versus postsurgical complications arising from performing cosmetic surgery breast augmenta- tion. To attain this systematic review was conducted through various databases related items thrown ob- jective include 26 items of which only 2 provide information on physiotherapy intervention, however found useful information about possible complications that there is little evidence to bring the work performed by the physiotherapist who is the professional skills, specific tools and expertise to provide adequate manage- ment against possible postoperative complications of breast augmentation, which can limit to physiothera- pists little foray in this field of action, which is why the writings are few references.
