Design of a true HDR backside illuminated image sensor with charge domain binning

The ELFIS2 image sensor has a unique combination of properties, being true high dynamic range (HDR), charge domain global shutter (GS), backside illumination (BSI) and a TID and SE hard design. It is stitchable to a resolution of n*1k by m*1k pixels on a 15μm pitch.
