The method comprises the steps of searching and lifting BT devices as expected by a mobile phone user; starting call forwarding to a VOIP (Voice over Internet Phone) number in case of loss or poor network signals; responding to 2G/ 3G calling; calling through a VOIP client of each BT device. According to the method, the normal 2G/ 3G voice service can be expanded through the VOIP clients of the BT devices, and therefore, the problem of failure of calling or answering mobile phone call or receiving and sending a short message under an environment without a wireless network or poor wireless quality can be solved for the mobile phone user, the mobile phone can communicate with a personal computer through a Bluetooth instruction, such as sending a call forwarding instruction, receiving call reminder, sending an answering instruction, receiving a hang-up instruction and sending a calling instruction, and as a result, the proper functions and effects of the mobile phone are brought into full play.
