Solid-liquid separating device

The invention provides a solid-liquid separating device. The solid-liquid separating device comprises a tank body, a cyclone separator and a spiral conveyor; the tank body is provided with a bottom and a side wall, the bottom is provided with a first discharge port, and the side wall is provided with a supernatant liquor outlet; the cyclone separator is arranged in the tank body and comprises a slurry inlet pipe, a bottom outflow port and an overflow port; the spiral conveyor is obliquely arranged below the tank body and provided with a feed port and a discharge port, and the feed port is communicated with the first discharge port. The solid-liquid separating device is special combined equipment integrating the cyclone separator and the spiral conveyor, liquid-solid separation is firstly performed on mineral slurry with thinner contained particles and the high adhesion; pre-extruded bottom flow sinks into the spiral conveyor arranged at the bottom and is brought out of the tank body through spiral extruding and dewatering. Operation continuity of the original procedures is guaranteed, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the supernatant liquor quality is guaranteed, and filter equipment is omitted. In a word, the separating efficiency is high and the cost is lower when solid-liquid separation is performed on the slurry through the solid-liquid separating device.
