Today, we know about 900 genetic tests which results are used extensively in medical practice worldwide. In addition to the clinical relevance, genetic diagnosis has a positive impact in economic component of patient care. In this research will discuss about some aspects of pharmacogenetics laboratory creation, and its integration into the workflow of the diversified department of the municipal hospital in Moscow.
