Evaluación de la calidad del aire para los óxidos de nitrógeno, municipio Santo Domingo, provincia Villa Clara, Cuba

The present work manifests the evaluation of the quality of the air for the Oxides of Nitrogen (NOX) starting from the emissions of the inventory of the 45 fixed sources and the self-driven flow for the main road, in the municipality of Sacred Domingo, county of Villa Clara, in the year 2017. The general objective was to evaluate the quality of the air for the NOx starting from the emissions to the atmosphere taken place by these sources. The calculation method was used based on the emission factor to determine the rate of the pollutants of both sources and the modulation of the dispersion of the pollutant to evaluate the quality of the air. The main results were, 82% of the fixed sources is well located and they emitted 7% of the total, 18% is partially well located and they expelled 91% and the mobile sources emitted 2%. The areas with deterioration of the quality of the air in Sacred Domingo's city the around went to the main road for where the self-driven transport circulated, reaching a category of Faulty in 24 hours and Bad in one hour (bigger vehicular flow). The emissions of the fixed sources partially well located they can influence in the quality of the air on the population establishments outside of the city, in near areas to their origins.
