Liquid metal is put into a shot charging cylinder, and the pressure oil device is started to pressurize a forging and stamping punch, accomplishing the forging of the metal within 0.05 to 2 seconds after the molten metal liquid fills the entire mold cavity and accomplishes compressing casting and forging of the liquid metal. In the same production cycle when liquid metal is continuously cast and forged, adopting the utility model makes the density of the parts be reduced by 10% compared with the number of shrinkage holes of the die casting, and the strength of the parts raised by 10% compared with cast pieces, and is especially suitable for producing precise mechanical parts with complicated shapes and high requirement of strength and the quality is stable and the rate of finished productsis high.
