Improvement of V-plate Structure in Asphalt Concrete Mixing Plant

The deformation status and coupling stress distribution of the original V-plate in asphalt concrete mixing plant were analyzed by FEM,and an improvement scheme for the V-plate structure was put forward.The calculation results and practical operation show that the improvement scheme can effectively reduce the deformation and coupling stress of the V-plate and the life-time can thus be extended.
