The method comprises the following steps of when the data in a storage block of a solid state disc is read, carrying out first error checking on the data of one page of the storage block, to obtain the error data of the page; if the first number of the error data of the page is smaller than or equal to a preset first threshold, carrying out ECC (error correcting code) restoration of error checking and correcting on the data of the page; if the first number is greater than the preset first threshold, according to the storage location of the error data of the page and the fixed entry corresponding to the storage block, obtaining the data from the spare space, and replacing the error data of the page into the obtained data, wherein the fixed entry comprises the storage location of each data stored in the spare space. The equipment comprises a first obtaining module, a first restoration module and a first replacement module. The method and the equipment have the advantages that the probability of occurrence of uncorrected faults is greatly reduced, so as to avoid easily marking the storage block as a bad block.
