Synthesis of 73As-radiolabelled arsenobetaine and arsenocholine for metabolic studies and their fate and distribution in laboratory animals

Abstract 73 As-labelled arsenobetaine and arsenocholine have been synthesized in mg scales in this laboratory. Specific radioactivities in the range of 100 μCi (3.7 MBq) 73 As/mg As have been employed. Further purification of the synthesized compounds has been performed by ion exchange chromatography.
