Near infrared nondestructive test method for aspartate aminotransferase activity in serum

2014
The invention provides a rapid and nondestructive test method for aspartate aminotransferase (ASP) activity in human serum, and belongs to the field of a clinic examination. The method comprises the following steps: collecting a blood sample; preparing a serum sample; detecting a reference value of AST activity in the serum sample; measuring a near infrared transmittance spectroscopy of the serum sample by using a Fourier transform near infrared spectrometer; carrying out a data processing of the measured spectrums by using stoichiometry technology, and screening an optimal preprocessing method; selecting a reasonable near infrared spectroscopy modeling area; associating the processed spectrum data and the reference value of AST activity, establishing a quantitative predication model of AST activity in serum, and carrying out a verification of the established model; collecting and processing the near infrared transmittance spectroscopy of a serum sample to be measured according to the same method, and predicating AST activity in the serum to be measured by the established model. The method has the advantages of rapid and nondestructive test, simple operation and high accuracy.
