THE FORMATION OF DEBRIS FLOW IN LIUSHAHE, LASA, TIBET, AND ITS PREVENTING COUNTERMEASURES

The forming condition of debris flow in Liushahe, Lasa, and its present harmful situation were discussed in the paper. Corresponding countermeasures to prevent the harmfulness of debris flow were proposed.
