Targeting Proteins to the Glycosomes of African Trypanosomes

Glycosomes are microbodies found in protozoa belonging to the order Kine­ toplastida. These highly specialized organelles compartmentalize most of the glycolytic enzymes normally located in the cytosol of other eukaryotic cells.
