СОЧЕТАННАЯ ЗАКРЫТАЯ ТРАВМА ОРГАНОВ МОЧЕВЫДЕЛИТЕЛЬНОЙ СИСТЕМЫ: ВЗГЛЯД ОБЩЕГО ХИРУРГА

Objective − standardization of medical and diagnostic approach for concomitant closed injury to the urinary system organs to improve treatment results. Materials and methods. The analysis of literary sources of Russian and foreign authors on this issue. Results. A therapeutic and diagnostic algorithm was developed for concomitant closed injury to the urinary system organs based on the severity of patient's condition, and a detailed description of staged surgical treatment was given on the basis of the principles of evidence-based medicine. Conclusion. The use of minimally invasive interventions in the treatment of injuries to the urinary system, as well as their staged treatment in conditions of severe polytrauma contributes to reducing mortality.
