Humidifying unit heater

2009
A humidifying unit heater comprises a housing with an air inlet and an air outlet. An air flue communicated with the air inlet and the air outlet is formed in the housing; a wind wheel for generating air flow, a heater for heating air, and an evaporator with the humidifying function are arranged in the air flue; an air deflector which blocks the airflow to pass through the evaporator is further movably arranged in the air flue; the air deflector is arranged between the inner walls of the air flue above the evaporator; and one end of the air deflector is in drive connection with a motor. Through the arrangement of the air deflector, heated warm air is blown out from the air outlet after passing through or not passing through the evaporator with the humidifying function, thereby controlling humidification at user's wishes, and improving the availability of the evaporator; in addition, the evaporator adopts a PP as a base material, thereby solving the defects in the traditional humidifier that the water adsorption net is easy to yellow and can not be cleaned. The unit heater has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, easy assembly and convenient cleaning, and has the functions of separate heating and warm air humidification.
