Method for reducing protein content of reconstituted tobacco slurry for paper-making process
2013
The invention relates to a method for reducing a protein content of reconstituted tobacco slurry for a paper-making process, and belongs to the technical field of reconstituted tobacco. The method for reducing the protein content of the reconstituted tobacco slurry for the paper-making process includes particular steps that a, enzymes are added into slurry of raw materials of tobacco to realize enzymatic hydrolysis for the slurry to obtain slurry with the low protein content after an optional beating procedure of a reconstituted tobacco production technology in the paper-making process is completed; b, the added enzymes are commercial neutral proteases, namely fermented products of bacillus subtilis, and suitable enzymatic hydrolysis conditions include that dry enzyme slurry consumption ranges from 100IU/g to 800IU/g, the concentration of the slurry ranges from 0.5% to 6%, the enzymatic hydrolysis temperature ranges from 30 DEG C to 45 DEG C, and the enzymatic hydrolysis duration ranges from 0.5 hour to 4 hours; and c, the enzymatically hydrolyzed slurry with the low protein content is coated into film bases manufactured by pulp to produce the reconstituted tobacco with a low protein content for the paper-making process. The method has the advantages that the method is simple and feasible, the protein content of the reconstituted tobacco for the paper-making process can be reduced, and an enzymatic hydrolysis effect and actual application value are high.
