A method for transmitting type information in a communication network including an information provider, IP, server device (W), a plurality of user terminals (MS) for receiving information provided by said server device (W ) of the information provider, and (GWS) for routing information transmission between said server device (W) of the information provider, and said user terminal (MS). characterized by the following steps executed in the transfer device (GWS): registering at least IP registration information of the server device (W) of the information provider; registering at least user registration information of a user terminal (MS); receive mail with information provided with said network address of a user terminal (MS) indicated as a desired destination from said server device (W) of the information provider; storing said information mail; calling the user terminal (MS) whose network address has been indicated; and transmitting the stored information mail in response to a request from said user terminal (MS) call or through automatic access from the user terminal (MS).
