Arrangement (1) for converting an analog reception signal of a magnetic resonance receive coil (2) into a digital reception signal and for transmitting the received signal to an evaluation device (4), wherein - the Empfangssignal within the Empfangsspule (2) by an analog-digital converter (9) with a first sampling frequency is digitized, - the digitized reception signal in the receiver coil (2) by a decimation filter (11) is decimated to a second sampling frequency, and via a transmission link (10) is transmitted to the evaluation device (4), - having the filter portion (12) of the decimation filter (11) a frequency response (24, 26) having in the associated to the useful signal of the digitized reception signal passband ripple (25) which is greater than 1 dB, and - after the transmission path (10) equalization filter (27) is provided, whose frequency response corresponds to the assigned to the desired signal passband the inverse frequency response of the filter portion (12) of the decimation filter (11).
