Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is a complex cardiovascular disease with a wide spectrum of phenotypic variations. The symptomatology and severity of HCM is less well defined in children as age specific norms for most modalities are extrapolated from adult data. Furthermore, the role of left
