Research on Film of Ultra Thinning Wafer

In this paper, the ultra thinning wafer is introduced, and the requirement of the film technics going ahead is analyzed.Then principle of the film is expatiated, and the various stages of the film is controlled.Finally, the method of adjusting film bar and film table parallelism is put forward, and the completion of the film is detected.
