The Research Progress of CD_4~+CD_(25)~+ Regulatory T Cells in Heart Diseases

CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells(Treg) are a special subgroup of T cells in vivo with an immunoregulatory function.In recent years,massive domestic and oversea research indicated that Treg is closely related with various cardiovascular disease′s occurrence and development.Therefore,understanding of Treg and its immunosuppression′s mechanism in the heart disease is helpful to improve the immunotherapy effect for heart diseases.Here is to make a summary of CD4+CD25+Treg′ production,features,functional mechanism and its correlation with heart diseases.
