МОДИФИКАЦИЯ ФАКТОРОМ НЕКРОЗА ОПУХОЛИ (ФНО-α) ЦИТОТОКСИЧЕСКОГО И АПОПТОТИЧЕСКОГО ДЕЙСТВИЯ ПРОТИВООПУХОЛЕВЫХ ЛЕКАРСТВ В КЛЕТКАХ МЕЛАНОМЫ ЧЕЛОВЕКА

The interaction of Russian domestic recombinant tumor necrosis factor alfa Alnorin with antitumor drugs dacarbasin (DTIC), BCNU and ACNU, using at the clinic for the malignant melanoma treatment, as inducers of apoptosis has been studied in 6 melanoma cell lines derived from patients tumors. It was demonstrated that the cells originated from different patients show the distinct sensitivity to these drugs and non-toxic Alnorin concentrations enhance drug cytotoxic effect mainly in the resistant cells. This drugs also enhances the intensity of apoptosis, induced by DTIC in resistant cells. Interferons -α and -γ did not show similar activity at the same system.
