The propeller type downhole instrument thruster specifically comprises a cable connector, an instrument connector, a propeller thruster body and at least two roller centralizers, wherein the cable connector is arranged at one end of the thruster and is used for being connected with a cable so that power can be supplied to the thruster through a ground power source and signal transmission can be achieved, the instrument connector is arranged at the other end, opposite to the cable connector, of the thruster and is used for being connected with a logging instrument, the propeller thruster body is arranged between the cable connector and the instrument connector and is used for providing propulsive force for the thruster so as to drive the logging instrument to move, the roller centralizers are arranged between the cable connector and the instrument connector and are used for stabilizing the thruster and preventing the logging instrument and the propeller thruster body from being connected with the wall of a well so that stable propelling can be achieved through the thruster, and the roller centralizers are arranged on the outer surface of the thruster in a disconnected mode in the axial direction. In this way, the logging instrument can be propelled stably, and the stratum parameters of the section, needing to be tested, of a horizontal well are obtained.
