A process for recovering one or more materials from seeds

A method for obtaining at least one or more useful materials, especially phytic acid, from a native, or phytate phytinsaurehaltigen substance mixture, comprises the following steps: - providing a native phytinsaurehaltigen and / or phytate, comminuted plastic mixture from phytinsaurehaltigen seeds; - pretreatment of the comminuted plastic mixture to a flowable alkaline, preferably alcoholic-alkaline, to obtain slurry; - separating a solid phase, which has phytic acid and / or at least one phytate from the slurry; and - isolating of phytic acid and / or at least one of the phytate from the solid phase.
