Munkavállalói Elégedettség Heves Megyében

A tanulmany celja feltarni, hogy a Heves megyeben műkodő vallalkozasok munkavallaloi mennyire elegedettek munkakorulmenyeikkel, berukkel es beren kivuli juttatasaikkal, valamint kozvetlen vezetőjuk tevekenysegevel. Munkankhoz egy 2016-ban, az Eszterhazy Karoly Egyetem Regionalis Gazdasagfejlesztesi Kutatocsoportja altal vegzett, s a Kozosen a Jovő Munkahelyiert Alapitvany anyagi tamogatasaval keszult empirikus felmeres (KJM adatbazis, N=189) reszeredmenyeit hasznaltuk fel. Kerdőives vizsgalatunk eredmenyei szerint a valaszadok a munkavegzes korulmenyeivel, a kozvetlen vezetőjuk tevekenysegevel es a javadalmazasukkal osszessegeben elegedettnek valljak magunkat. A kulonboző valaszadoi csoportokkal vegzett reszletező statisztikai probak eredmenyei szerint azonban a vezetői beosztasu megkerdezettek, a kozsegi szekhelyű vallalkozasok alkalmazottai, valamint a mikrovallalatok dolgozoi a tobbieknel kevesbe tartjak kielegitőnek a munkajukert cserebe kapott kompenzaciot. Az epitőiparban tevekenykedő valaszadok pedig hangsulyozottan elegedetlenek javadalmazasukkal. ---------------- The purpose of this study is to find out how employees of enterprises operating in Heves County are satisfied with their working conditions, wages, employee benefits and their direct supervisor’s activity. We used the results of an empirical survey carried out in 2016 by the Regional Economic Development Research Group of Eszterhazy Karoly University of Applied Sciences and supported by the Together for the Jobs of the Future Foundation (KJM database, N = 189). According to the results of our questionnaire survey, respondents are generally satisfied with the conditions of their work, their direct supervisor’s activity and their payment. Considering the results of detailed statistical trials with different respondent groups, respondents working in managerial positions, employees of municipal-based enterprises, and micro-enterprise employees are less satisfied with their compensation. In addition, respondents in the construction industry are extremely dissatisfied with their remuneration.
