Design and study on monographic teaching in internal medicine based on internet

To improve medical students'information competence and clinical reasoning ability a new teaching method called monographic teaching based on intemet especially some top-course websites was studied.The pathophysiology course Was integrated into the course of internal medicine.Using the medical websites,some topics were acquired by the students and the students were needed to answer some questions.Then the teachers of pathophysiology and internal medicine both gave lectures about the same topic.After that two or more related cages would be discussed by the students.
