The invention provides a metering device for producing cathodic water-soluble electrophoretic paint emulsion. The metering device comprises a supporting plate and a supporting frame, wherein an upper end face of the supporting plate is fixedly provided with a tank; the bottom end of the supporting plate is provided with rollers; the top end of the tank is provided with a tank cover; the top end of the tank cover is provided with a liquid inlet; a liquid inlet pipeline is arranged on the liquid inlet and is provided with a control valve and a pump body; a filter bag is arranged in the tank; the inner wall of the tank is provided with upper and lower liquid level limiting sensors. By adopting the arrangement of the filter bag and the metering device, the filter bag can be excellently stretched, and meanwhile the plane of liquid is prevented from being affected by movement during filtration of the filter bag; thus the sensing result of the upper and lower liquid level limiting sensors is prevented from being affected, a process can be saved, the liquid can be metered while filtration is directly performed, the time is reduced, the efficiency is improved, and meanwhile the accuracy for metering is also improved.
