The medical image interpretation system

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image interpretation system which reduces oversight of positiveness upon interpreting and is efficient in interpretation.SOLUTION: A medical image interpretation system includes: uninterpreted inspection data; known abnormal data in which abnormality has been confirmed; an interpretation data generation section which mixes, at a prescribed mixing ratio, the known abnormal data with the uninterpreted inspection data to generate interpretation data in which the known abnormal data are inserted in a random position of the uninterpreted inspection data; a true/false determination section which determines true/false of interpretation judgement made for the known abnormal data included in the interpretation data; a totaling section which totals results of interpretation with respect to the known abnormal data; a mixed ratio setting part for resetting the mixed ratio according to situations of a result of interpretation; and a message generation section which generates an alert message to a radiologist in accordance with the interpretation result.
