The inoculation information processing method comprises: searching for one or more paths standing for inoculation records of inoculators in the immunization program diagraph and recommending future inoculation to the inoculators according to the paths. By the application of the present invention, time for reflecting modifications of the immunization program to the inoculation information processing system is shortened, and high availability of the inoculation information processing system is improved.
