Allocation and management problems in oil fluid analytical monitor for failure diagnosis

Carrying out failure diagnosis on military equipments by means of oil fluid analysis has already been widely adopted by various countries.This paper expounded briefly on the allocation features of monitors in different armed services and issues of instruments management.
