An object of the present invention is to provide a flexible circuit board, which has flexibility while having high resistance to bending. To achieve this, the flexible circuit board according to the present invention is a flexible circuit board comprising: a conductor layer, a wiring layer having a first surface and a second surface, wherein the surface of the first conductor layer having a first flexible insulating resin layer, and the second surface having a second conductor layer of the flexible insulating resin layer, and a curved portion, the curved portion of the curved such that the first flexible insulating resin layer becomes the inside.
