防老剂N-(4-苯胺基苯基)-甲基丙烯酰胺的制备及其在天然橡胶中的应用

2008
N-(4-anilinophenyl)-methaerylamide (NAPM), a reactive and non-migrating antioxidant was successfully synthesized from methacryloyl chloride and 4-amin-odiphenylamine, and characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The mechanical and aging properties of vulcanized natural rubber (NR) were studied with NAPM as antioxidant, and compared with those of antioxidants 4010 NA and 4020. The analytical results by scanning electron microscopy and trans-mission electron microscopy indicated that a network structure appeared on the surface of NR vulcanizate with NAPM, which enhanced the stability of NAPM in NR. There was no much difference for the aging coefficients (K) among NAPM and 4010 NA, 4020, after NR vulcanizates was aged at 70℃ for 48 h. The K value of NAPM was markedly higher than those of 4010 NA and 4020 when aging time was extended for 24 h. The ratio of K (4010 NA)/K (4020) merely increased by 3.09%, whereas the ratio of K (NAPM)/K (4010 NA) increased by 14.21%. It was indicated that the aging resistance of NR added NAPM was much superior to those of NR vulcanizates with 4010 NA and 4020.
