Fabrication of ultrasensitive piezoresistive cantilevers for torque magnetometry

We describe the fabrication and first characterization of piezoresistive cantilevers developed for ultrasensitive torque magnetometry. The levers have been designed to optimize the sensing in both flexion and torsion modes.
