Manufacturing Technology for Large Air-cooled Turbogenerator Stator Bar

This paper mainly describes the manufacturing technology of air-cooled turbogenertor stator bar for the key procedure such as end part forming,conductor pressing,and main insulation moulding.The new technology and tools are compared with water-cooled stator bar.Hence a complete stator bar manufacturing system is summarized.
