The concrete marine nuclear power platform has the advantages that the platform can float and return to a land base to change materials, safety is improved, the lower tank has the capability of ice-resistant operation, the platform can be automatically mounted, construction cost is reduced, the marine nuclear power platform is low in manufacturing cost and long in service life by the aid of a concrete tank structure, the nuclear island is arranged below a water surface and provided with a valve communicated with seawater, the seawater enters the tank in emergency, the safety of emergency working conditions is greatly improved, the space of the concrete tank can be controlled, a plurality of nuclear islands can be mounted in the tank, and devices in the tank are easily arranged.
