The device comprises: a data acquisition module for acquiring pre-drilling data and mid-drilling data of drilling; a pre-drilling anomaly prediction module for analyzing and obtaining potential anomaly distribution well sections and anomaly symptomatic parameters according to the pre-drilling data; and a mid-drilling anomaly monitoring module for monitoring whether the current drilling well section belongs to the potential anomaly distribution well sections or not according to the mid-drilling data, analyzing anomaly symptomatic parameters of the current drilling well section according to the mid-drilling data if the current drilling well section belongs to the potential anomaly distribution well sections, and determining whether the distribution well section is abnormal or not according to analysis results. According to the device, the whole production process of the drilling can be reflected more comprehensively and accurately, more accurate and reliable monitoring results can be obtained, so that alarm or warning can be ensured to give out in an early stage when drilling downhole anomaly generates, losses are maximumly reduced, and the device has an important significance to prevent and control generation of the drilling downhole anomaly.
