It synthesizes the work realized by an ad hoc commission of the Librarians' of the Colegio de Bibliotecarios de Costa Rica. This effort tries to determine the fundamental problems that affect this association and proposes a set of strategic actions that lead to this College to achieving a significant improvement in his to gesticulate.
