Electronic-injection throttle valve controlled by step motor

2015
An electronic-injection throttle valve controlled by a step motor comprises a body, a throttle plate, a throttle shaft, a torsion mechanism, a rotation limiting seat, an oil supply mechanism and a temperature pressure sensor. The electronic-injection throttle valve is characterized in that an oil supply valve of the oil supply mechanism is a pulse electromagnetic valve; the lower surface of a cam plate of the rotation limiting seat is provided with a coupling blind hole, the upper surface of a rectangular boss of the rotation limiting seat is provided with a rectangular blind groove, and the coupling blind hole is fixedly connected with the throttle shaft. A support platform is fixed onto the body through two screws and provided with a through hole and two threaded holes. The outer end of a spindle of the step motor is in a flat rectangular structure, the flat rectangular structure of the spindle fittingly internally sleeves the rectangular blind groove of the rotation limiting seat after the spindle of the step motor internally sleeves the through hole of the support platform, and the step motor is fixed onto the support platform by two bolts. Openness of the throttle plate can be accurately regulated by the step motor according to various types of information, and accordingly full-automatic computerized regulation is realized; accuracy in fine adjustment of oil supply quantity can be achieved by the pulse electromagnetic valve, and oil consumption and emission value can be reduced consequently.
