H syndrome: a rare genodermatosis.

A 7-year-old boy was admitted to our clinic with the complaint of hyperpigmentation and hypertrichosis in both thighs that had existed for two years (Fig. 1). There was no family history of consanguineous marriage, and there was no one with a similar finding in the family. In the laboratory test, blood glucose elevation (324 mg/dL) and microcytic anemia was detected.
